As some people may be aware, the plastic clutch cylinder on the Evo X 5sp manual is inherently weak. Having personally suffered two failures of this component on our shop car in 5000miles. When the cylinder breaks it fires brake fluid all over the the exhaust manifold and down pipe which has to be considered a real fire risk if the exhaust is hot! Reliability is compromised on higher milage & tuned cars with uprated clutches.

We have just finished installing this kit and happy to report the fit and function is perfect.

The kit consists of a conversion bracket (to take the Evo 9 metal cylinder) replacement rod end, clutch line, and all associated hardware. Full fitting instructions are included.
