OWEN DEVELOPMENTS GBT-61 TURBOCHARGER.


The new GBT range brings together many years of development in to one high performance package. Available in air and water cooled ball bearing format the new turbos feature, the highly acclaimed HTA compressor wheels & new proprietary turbine aerodynamics. The new range consists of 55, 61, & 69mm turbine wheels with a large range of compressor options.
(These roughly equate to Garrett's GT28, 30, & 35 respectively eg. GBT6177 = GT3076)
The nomenclature is simple - eg: GBT5471 is a 54mm Turbine inducer & 71mm Compressor Exducer

Turbine housing options range from T25 Internal WG, T3 inlet, 3" Vband outlet, and V-band Inlet & Outlet which are Tial compatible, meaning that if you currently own a kit with a Tial Turbine Housing this will be a direct replacement.
Options include: Speed Sensor, Customised branding / colouring, Tial Turbine Housing for Extreme temp applications.

The 61mm frame GBT is the mid-sized option in the range. This unit will typically suit 1.8-3.0 litre engines providing outputs from 400-670bhp. With cross over in power figures from the 54mm to the 61mm, the operating compressor efficiency can always be high with the correct unit selection. An added advantage to the Ma5 cover is that it has the same fitment as the Ma7 cover. They have been designed to be interchangeable.

NT5.0 - 0.82 A/R, V-Band Inlet & V-Band Outlet Flange.

NT5.2 - 0.62 A/R, T3 Inlet & V-Band Outlet.
