Made from pulverized lava rock, these titanium turbo heat shields can withstand 1,800 degrees of direct heat, resulting in cooler under hood and air intake temperatures for improved performance and a boost in horsepower. Stronger and tougher than other turbo blankets or shields, the DEI T3 & T4 turbo titanium heat shield includes a high-temperature rated silica insulation padding under a tight-weave outer layer for extra added protection against extreme turbo-generated heat. Anchoring hooks have been incorporated on the shield to secure the turbo housing. The titanium turbo heat shield offers improved resistance to chemical and hot oil spills, abrasions, extreme temperatures, and road grime.
